I think people's lives can be improved provided they have a camera from which to capture things in time and space. After my car was vandalized and violated, my old Lumix is now in the hands of a street walking degenerate.
I now have put together a small list form which I must choose. If anyone has any opinions please share.

I recommend a Canon camera with image stabilization (IS). It REALLY makes a difference taking photos in the dark without a flash. Less blur.
I'm guessing other brands have this feature, but I have always had Canon cameras.
Holy shit! I recently lost my precious camera to a stung out hipster (I assume) at Vagabond (note to said hipster: if I find you, I will kill you). I need a new one immediately. It's all I can think about. I need advice on this too.
